WEBSITE ESSENTIALS
SERVICE AGREEMENT

Client is enrolling in the Brand Booster Website Essentials Package.

Initial Setup Fee: $25.00

Monthly Hosting & Service Fee: $24.95

Initial Service Term: 12 months

The $25.00 setup fee is due before work begins.

Monthly service payments of $24.95 begin upon website launch or on a mutually agreed billing date.

The Website Essentials Package is designed to provide businesses with a clean, reliable online presence and affordable ongoing website hosting and maintenance.

Brand Booster will create a new custom-built business website using information, branding materials, photographs, logos, written content, and other materials supplied or approved by Client.

The website will be designed to provide Client with a professional and mobile-responsive online presence.

Standard Website Essentials projects are intended for normal small-business website needs.

Substantial custom development, advanced software functionality, e-commerce systems, complex integrations, large databases, membership systems, custom applications, or specialized development may require an additional quote.

The $24.95 monthly service fee includes:

• Website hosting
• Routine website maintenance
• Basic monthly SEO upkeep
• Basic monthly AEO upkeep
• Routine technical updates
• Connection/integration with applicable social media platforms
• Site monitoring and general upkeep
• Up to two relevant content changes per month

Relevant content changes may include reasonable updates to:

• existing text
• photographs
• contact information
• business hours
• service descriptions
• announcements
• pricing
• similar existing website content

Unused monthly content changes do not automatically roll over into future months unless Brand Booster agrees otherwise in writing.

Work outside the included Website Essentials scope may require an additional fee.

Examples may include:

• More than two monthly content changes
• Additional website pages
• Major redesigns
• Extensive copywriting
• Custom programming
• Advanced forms
• E-commerce functionality
• Membership systems
• New custom integrations
• Major logo or branding changes
• Large image or video projects
• Significant website restructuring
• Advanced automation

Brand Booster will notify Client of any additional charges before performing separately billable work.

Website Essentials includes basic SEO and AEO setup and monthly upkeep.

SEO refers to Search Engine Optimization.

AEO refers to Answer Engine Optimization and efforts intended to improve the visibility and usefulness of business information within AI-driven search and answer environments.

Brand Booster does not guarantee:

• first-page search rankings
• specific keyword positions
• placement within AI-generated answers
• specific traffic levels
• lead volume
• sales
• revenue
• business growth

Search engines, AI platforms, algorithms, indexing systems, and third-party services are controlled by outside companies and may change without notice.

Client agrees to provide accurate and timely:

• business information
• contact information
• logos
• branding materials
• images
• service descriptions
• requested account access
• approvals

Client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of information submitted for publication.

Client represents that Client has the right to use any logos, photographs, trademarks, written materials, videos, or other content supplied to Brand Booster.

Delays in receiving required information or approvals may delay the website launch or requested updates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are separate from the $24.95 monthly Website Essentials fee:

• Domain registration
• Domain renewal fees
• Premium domain purchases
• Business email subscriptions
• Third-party software subscriptions

Brand Booster may assist with domain, DNS, or email configuration when reasonably necessary.

Additional technical migration or configuration work may require a separate fee depending on complexity.

Client agrees to maintain Website Essentials for an initial period of 12 months.

The recurring service cost is:

$24.95 × 12 months = $299.40

Including the $25.00 setup fee, the scheduled first-year service value is:

$324.40

Client is not required to pay the entire $324.40 upfront.

Client will be billed $24.95 each month during the active service term.

The purpose of the 12-month commitment is to allow Brand Booster to provide the initial custom website build at a heavily reduced upfront cost while maintaining the website and related services throughout the term.

Client may request early release from the remaining 12-month Website Essentials commitment by paying a:

$99.00 Early Termination / Service Release Fee

To qualify for early release:

• All monthly payments through the requested termination date must be current.
• Any separately approved additional charges must be paid.
• The $99 release fee must be paid in full.

Once the release fee and all outstanding charges are paid, Client will be released from future monthly Website Essentials payment obligations under the current term.

Early termination ends:

• Website hosting
• Website maintenance
• SEO/AEO upkeep
• Routine website updates
• Monthly content-change services
• Site monitoring

The $99 Early Termination / Service Release Fee does not automatically include:

• migration to another hosting provider
• website transfer services
• technical export work
• additional development
• custom migration assistance
• ownership of Brand Booster proprietary systems, tools, workflows, or reusable components

Any requested migration or transfer work may be quoted separately.

Monthly payment is due on the agreed billing date.

If payment becomes past due, Brand Booster may pause or suspend:

• Website hosting
• Maintenance
• Content updates
• SEO/AEO services
• Technical support
• Other Website Essentials services

Brand Booster will make reasonable efforts to notify Client before service suspension.

Service may resume after the account is brought current.

Upon completion of the initial 12-month service term and payment of all amounts due, Client owns the custom website content and design created specifically for Client, excluding Brand Booster or third-party proprietary technology.

Client-provided materials remain the Client's property, including:

• trademarks
• logos
• photographs
• business information
• Client-created written materials

Brand Booster retains ownership of:

• reusable templates
• proprietary systems
• internal workflows
• development tools
• reusable code components
• production methods
• licensed third-party assets
• platform technology

Website operation may depend upon third-party services including:

• hosting infrastructure
• domain registrars
• DNS providers
• social media companies
• search engines
• AI platforms
• APIs
• email providers
• software platforms

Brand Booster is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, platform failures, discontinued services, algorithm changes, or other events caused by third parties outside Brand Booster's reasonable control.

Brand Booster agrees to provide the services described in this Agreement using reasonable professional efforts.

Brand Booster does not guarantee specific:

• revenue
• customer acquisition
• sales
• search rankings
• website traffic
• lead volume
• business performance

After completion of the initial 12-month term, Website Essentials may continue on a month-to-month basis at the then-current hosting and maintenance rate unless the parties agree to another service term.

Either party may discontinue month-to-month service by providing 30 days' written notice.

By completing and submitting this Agreement, Client confirms that Client:

• has reviewed the Agreement
• understands the pricing
• understands the 12-month service commitment
• understands the $99 Early Termination / Service Release option
• understands the limits of included content changes
• understands that SEO/AEO results are not guaranteed
• understands that additional development may involve additional charges
