STARTER BOOST
SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICE AGREEMENT

Client is enrolling in the:

STARTER BOOST PACKAGE

Price: $125.00 per month

Initial Service Term: 3 months

Total Initial Term Value: $375.00

The full $375.00 is not required upfront.

Client will be billed $125.00 per month during the active three-month service term.

Starter Boost is designed for businesses that want consistent, professional social media management and ongoing digital visibility without the expense of a larger traditional agency package.

Starter Boost may include management of up to five applicable business social media platforms.

Client must select at least one platform below before submitting this Agreement. The selected platforms are stored with this Agreement and appear on the signed PDF.

Starter Boost includes:

• Fresh branded content each week
• Weekly posting and updates
• Caption writing and basic formatting
• Cross-platform brand consistency
• Routine page monitoring and maintenance
• Content coordination across selected platforms
• Weekly business blog added to the Client's website
• Blog promotion through the Facebook Business Page
• Basic monthly SEO optimization
• Basic monthly AEO optimization
• General digital visibility support

Content may be adapted to fit the format, audience, and technical requirements of each platform rather than duplicated exactly across every channel.

Starter Boost is provided as a three-month service commitment at $125.00 per month.

The purpose of the three-month term is to provide sufficient time to:

• establish consistent content
• strengthen brand messaging
• improve online visibility
• build search and AI-discovery signals
• develop audience familiarity
• measure early performance trends

At the end of the three-month term, Client may choose to:

• renew for another three-month term
• upgrade to another Brand Booster package
• modify the services or selected platforms
• discontinue Starter Boost

Starter Boost includes a combination of visible content work and behind-the-scenes digital optimization.

This may include:

• consistent publishing
• SEO improvements
• AEO improvements
• platform optimization
• blog publishing
• content indexing
• keyword reinforcement
• brand consistency
• audience development

Client understands that these services are intended to build momentum over time and are not instant-result services.

In many cases, it may take approximately 60 to 90 days before the benefits of the behind-the-scenes work begin to become more noticeable.

Improvements may appear in areas such as:

• online visibility
• engagement
• search presence
• AI-driven discovery
• audience growth
• website traffic
• lead activity

Results vary based on:

• industry
• competition
• current online presence
• audience size
• market conditions
• search-engine behavior
• platform algorithms
• third-party changes

Brand Booster does not guarantee specific:

• rankings
• follower counts
• views
• engagement levels
• lead volume
• sales
• revenue
• performance within any specific timeframe

The $125 monthly Starter Boost fee assumes the Client already has the social media accounts or business pages that will be managed.

If Brand Booster is required to create or configure a new social media account, page, or channel from scratch, a separate one-time setup fee may apply.

This may include:

• Facebook Business Page
• Instagram Business Account
• YouTube Channel
• TikTok Business Account
• LinkedIn Business Page
• other applicable social media accounts

Any setup fee will be disclosed before work begins.

Client agrees to provide timely access to the information, materials, and account permissions reasonably needed to perform the service.

This may include:

• logos
• photographs
• videos
• business information
• service descriptions
• promotions
• events
• certifications
• announcements
• social media account permissions
• approvals

Delays in receiving information, access, or approvals may affect the content schedule.

Client is responsible for confirming that all information supplied for publication is accurate.

Client represents that Client has the right to use submitted:

• images
• logos
• trademarks
• written materials
• videos
• other content

Brand Booster will use reasonable professional judgment to create content consistent with the Client's business and brand.

Reasonable corrections to inaccurate information are included.

The following may require an additional fee:

• major campaign changes
• extensive revisions
• professional photography
• advanced video production
• custom animation
• paid advertising management
• major branding work
• significant custom creative work
• services outside the Starter Boost scope

Brand Booster will notify Client before performing separately billable work.

Starter Boost includes basic monthly SEO and AEO optimization.

SEO refers to Search Engine Optimization.

AEO refers to Answer Engine Optimization and efforts intended to improve the usefulness and discoverability of business information in AI-driven search and answer environments.

These services are intended to support improved discoverability across:

• traditional search engines
• AI-driven search
• answer engines
• digital platforms

Brand Booster does not guarantee:

• first-page rankings
• specific keyword positions
• placement in AI-generated answers
• specific traffic levels
• specific lead volume
• specific sales or revenue results

Search engines and AI platforms are controlled by third parties and may change algorithms, indexing behavior, policies, or visibility rules without notice.

Paid advertising costs are not included in the $125 Starter Boost fee.

Any advertising budget paid directly to platforms such as:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Google
• YouTube
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• other advertising providers

is separate from the monthly Starter Boost fee.

Paid advertising management may also be quoted separately if requested.

Starter Boost is a separate service from Brand Booster website hosting and maintenance.

The Website Essentials hosting package is not included in Starter Boost.

Starter Boost does not replace or cancel any existing website hosting agreement.

Likewise, ending Starter Boost does not automatically cancel website hosting or maintenance services.

The monthly service fee is:

$125.00 per month

Payment is due on the agreed billing date.

If payment becomes past due, Brand Booster may pause:

• content creation
• social media posting
• blog publishing
• SEO/AEO work
• platform management
• other Starter Boost services

Services may resume once the account is brought current.

Starter Boost is sold as a three-month service commitment, not a month-to-month trial.

If Client chooses to discontinue services before completion of the three-month term, remaining contractual payments remain due unless Brand Booster agrees otherwise in writing.

At the end of the initial three-month term, Client may choose whether to continue.

Client may:

• renew Starter Boost
• upgrade
• modify selected platforms
• move to another Brand Booster package
• discontinue the service

If renewed, the service may continue under a new three-month term or another mutually agreed arrangement.

Client retains ownership of:

• Client social media accounts
• followers
• business information
• logos
• trademarks
• Client-supplied content

Brand Booster does not take ownership of Client's social media accounts or business pages.

Brand Booster retains ownership of:

• reusable templates
• workflows
• systems
• production methods
• proprietary tools
• internal processes
• reusable creative assets

Social media platforms and other digital services may change their:

• algorithms
• terms
• features
• APIs
• account requirements
• posting rules
• advertising policies

Brand Booster is not responsible for:

• outages
• platform suspensions
• account restrictions
• reduced reach
• algorithm changes
• policy changes
• third-party technical failures
• other actions outside Brand Booster's reasonable control

Brand Booster agrees to provide the services described in this Agreement using reasonable professional efforts.

Brand Booster does not guarantee specific:

• followers
• engagement
• traffic
• leads
• revenue
• sales
• search rankings
• AI placement
• business performance

By completing and submitting this Agreement, Client confirms that Client:

• has reviewed the Agreement
• understands the $125 monthly fee
• understands the three-month service commitment
• understands the approximately 60–90 day results timeline
• understands that specific results are not guaranteed
• understands that website hosting is separate
• understands that new social media account setup may require an additional fee
• understands that paid advertising is separate
• understands that services outside the Starter Boost scope may require additional charges
